Singing Our Grief (every 3rd Friday w/ Salt Trails)

Singing Our Grief is rooted in this belief: that the simple act of singing in community can transform our relationship to sorrow. It is a practice of sacred expression, not spectacle. It is where the personal becomes collective. Where grief is not explained but experienced—and met with compassion. ~Elle Zaspel of @moonvinegrief

MotherCircle: Creating a Culture of Care for Women

You’re invited to join Meghan Dwyer to share + be witnessed in an intergenerational women’s circle where we explore aspects of mothering often not talked about in mainstream culture including our cyclical nature, old women’s wisdom, the animal body, sexuality, worth, lineage + legacy. MotherCircle is for women who feel a pull to tend the deeper story of mothering and care in their lives and mend the threads of disconnection in our communities.

By gathering in intentional circle over the course of 8 weeks, participants help create a shared culture of care rooted in presence, listening, and collective wisdom—where women are witnessed, nourished, and supported in community
