Ideas of what you’d like to release or let go of and what you’d like to create or manifest in the world
Two sticks to burn (or find some in the yard)
Layers to keep warm
Offering for the fire (optional)
Musical instruments, hand-held or other (optional)
Simple songs to sing and share (optional)
Blanket or chair (optional) - Generally we stand for the ceremony, but you can sit if your body needs to. People often sit on blankets before the ceremony begins. In winter, wrap the blanket around you!
